After successful payment, customers receive immediate access or download links via email or platform delivery.
3. Prices and Payment
- All displayed prices include applicable VAT or taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
- Access to digital content is granted only after full payment has been received.
4. No Physical Shipping
All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As our products consist of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the download or access begins.
By completing the purchase, you confirm and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you access or download the digital content.
By purchasing and receiving immediate access to digital content, you expressly agree that the download begins immediately upon purchase and that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, texts, designs, videos, and materials are protected by copyright.
Reproduction, distribution, or resale without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
REAL Rise Agency LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU regulations.
